Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver the best quality dry fruits. However, we understand that issues may occur. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:

1.Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After dispatch, no cancellation will be accepted.

2.Refund Policy:

Refunds are only issued if:

•The product received is damaged or expired.

•The item is different from what was ordered.

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

3.Non-Refundable Items:

Opened or used packages are not eligible for return/refund.

4.Mode of Refund:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
